Peter
Burkhart is a New York State/New York City provisionally certified teacher
for grades 7-12, living in New York City, currently completing his final
project for his Masters in Education at the State University of New
York College at Oswego. He is presently looking for a new challenging
teaching position.
In addition
to being a Sherlockian, his other love is comic books. He has a massive
collection and has read every one he owns. His parents feel they have
taken far too much of his brain capacity. When asked, he can cite the
exact issue of "Amazing Spiderman" that an event occurred
in. He is woefully single and would not object to companionship provided
his comic books can accompany him.
In his
spare time he reads, browses at "The Strand" bookstore, solves
the "New York Times" crossword puzzle, walks the streets of
New York City, and plays chess.
